Fareham Hockey Club Limited

At Fareham HC we realised a few years ago that there were no local junior state schools participating in hockey and therefore we decided to create and deliver a free programme to allow children to try our sport.

Our Outreach programme has now expanded to deliver free hockey to over 12 junior schools within the Fareham area.
We do this by providing after school club sessions normally on either a Tuesday or Thursday afternoons or through PE sessions during the day.

We have an enthusiastic team of EH qualified volunteer coaches (DBS verified, first aid and safeguarding trained) and we run several tournaments each year at our Fareham HC pitch for schools to participate in.

This programme is supported fully through donations and fund raising to purchase sticks, shin pads and coaching equipment.
