A shirt number is required to be assigned before purchasing playing shirts. To be assigned a shirt number please get in contact with Christopher Tagg either on Pitchero or at via email here.

For Adult Members, please provide the following:

Player Name [First & Last]
Team Currently Playing For

For Parents of Junior Members, please provide the following:

Parents Full Name [First & Last]
Childs Full Name [First & Last]
Childs Junior Age Group [e.g. U10s, U12s etc]
If the Child is playing adult hockey.

Typically shirt number requests will be allocated every Friday.
