Fareham v Fleet & Ewshot (A)

A tough first game of the season, up against top of last year's league. But the team did well with some good defence, and both goalies Joe Erskine and James Kay saving numerous shots. The Fleet & Ewshot players were quick to break down the Fareham moves, but once we got to their goal line we took advantage with a good short corner and conversion by Charlie Cook.
Although the score line might miss-lead, it was a good match for Fareham, the team learning a lot up against a top league team.
