                                                            i.      Proposed new management structure

                                                              i.      Executive Committee Proposal. To increase membership                                                                       subscriptions for 2008/9 season as follows: Seniors (full                                                                       members) £75.00 (increased by £5.00), Junior (U-16)                                                                       £10.00 (increased by £5.00). The voucher system                                                                       introduced in the 2007/8 season will continue; this will add                                                                       to the senior playing membership subscription a further                                                                       £25.00 (decrease of £5.00), which can be used as a credit                                                                       behind the bar, for the purchase of club supplied                                                                       equipment or “bricks” for the new clubhouse. No change                                                                       in match fees is proposed.
